Okay guys this is Sean Frith. The reason were standing in the back of the yards, couple reasons, but one of the exciting things is we’re out in Wind River it’s a new community and I kind of want to show the breath of what we’re doing. You know we’ve got homes going in about 14 different subdivisions right now. And so what’s happening is the customers come in and see us. We basically say well what are you looking for? what kind of subdivision? what kind of home are you looking for? We’re expanding on our floor plan library; We’re expanding on the locations; but Wind River, you’ll see in a second because we are going to shoot video at the front entrance. This is a beautiful subdivision. I mean this is an upper end beautiful subdivision that’s six or seven houses exist in here and they’re 3 to 500,000.
So, we got some wonderful customers their moving in we’re just getting cranked up over here but we’ve got to… you got some guys working out there’s a little bit loud but I just want David (http://shepherdsloft.net) to pan but you can see the rolling hills here. These lots are, generally speaking, about a half acre or more and you got a nice beautiful river down there. This is in a great location off highway 127 off of Houston Lake Road it’s a prime location, prime subdivision and this is the kind of thing that SF Communities just been fortunate to be a part of we got some subdivisions were people can build nicer homes. I mean these customers here probably spent 40 or $50,000 of the options. Their going to get a magnificent home I know that’s our Jordan plan over there and Stuart plan over there, so this is so exciting and David (http://shepherdsloft.net) we were just driving by and he says, you got to stop and at least get some video of this.
