I go to High School in Massachusetts, so I know the schools are tougher than most states and I know personally that the schools push you really hard, and I am SICK of it! I really have a passion for interior design and I also have been thinking about becoming a realtor and I really want to go to college in the south (Like Georgia, North Carolina etc.) but my dad has been telling me that with either of those jobs I wouldn’t be reaching my full potential. (he pushes me a LOT) I know I probably shouldn’t listen to him, but I can’t shake the feeling of knowing he’s right and maybe I should just go to college in Massachusetts or New York and major in business? What do you guys think? Thank you so much for answers!
Do what you love. Take a moment and forget all the frustrations of majors and minors going through your head, parents, school, just forget about it. Think about what would make you happy. Imagine what you can imagine spending hours outside of a classroom studying, working on, and after that doing the job for years to come. Pay attention to how you feel, not about what other people want or what makes the most sense. If you think about the idea of studying business and feel an internal groan, then its not for you. On the other hand, if you feel a thrill, a sense of excitement then its for you. Think about interior design, think about the coursework. Does it sound exciting? Interesting? Or boring and like it will just make you want to sleep? If its exciting, then do that.
Don’t do something because you feel "it makes more sense" do it because its what you love. If you do what you truly love, then ultimately you will be the better for it.

Hi, my name’s Chiara, I’m a teenager, and I’ve never had any signs of mental illness nor does it run in the family unless you count depression. I had a pretty rough childhood, but I wasn’t abused or anything. I didn’t get along well with other children that well because I was unique and VERY shy. I lived by the Delaware River as a child so the land was rich with history and farms. As a little girl, I always wanted to go to see the annual reenactment of Washington crossing the Delaware on Christmas day. I also always had this connection to the Revolutionary War. My Mom and Aunt used to joke that I even had this Elizabethan look to me lol. Now I believe in reincarnation, psychics, and spirits. I keep an open mind to others, I like it best that way, not disbelieving or believing.
Where I grew up, I moved around a lot because money was tight most of the time. At my first house, where I lived from ages 0-6 I always felt the presence of an old woman. She was my protector. I could feel her and liked the level of peace and serenity I felt just by sitting in my room at night with her near. My only memory of seeing her was when I was 4, I awoke to see a long sparkly think watching me over my crib. I stood up and played with whatever the anomaly was because it moved like a balloon with helium. When I was around 7 or 8 and told my Mama about the things I saw, she told me that the realtor told her that the house was haunted by a good spirit. (The house was built in 1875)
I then moved to the 2nd oldest house in the area that was probably built in the late 1600s. I lived there from 6-9. I always felt a very negative presence there that I once saw vividly with a my skeptic friend present. He was holding a knife and was bloody. He had a look of intent on his face. My friend saw the same thing although through different eyes. To her, he was a shadow. To me, he faded in and out of transparency but was still clear.
In the next house I moved to, I felt was haunted by things that had followed me. I lived there from 9-present.
This were I really doubt my sanity. I did this spirit guide meditation to see who you were in a past life. I’ve always looked and acted more mature than my age. During the meditation, I saw myself although I looked older and I got the sense that I was 23. The year was 1864 and I was holding a baby. The states Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia seemed really important to me. I was so happy, I was glowing. It was like I had met a long lost friend. Mary/me told me, "I walk beside you, don’t walk by me." I think that she meant that she was always with me and I wouldn’t have to look for or protect her.
I then saw a boy who wore a Confederate uniform. He had beautiful gray/blue eyes. They were so pretty but that had years on them if you know what I mean. They looked very wise, graceful, and caring. I loved him. He had been my husband. He died at the age of 38 ten years after the war. we had two children, one girl, one boy. Then I got the sense that we would remarry in this lifetime. I got the sense that my brother died at Gettysburg, I saw him get shot by a Northern cannon. I started to cry a little. Then I put two and two together. I’d always had a deep interest with the Farnsworth House, the Confederacy, I had this connection to North Carolina and east Cemetery Hill! It all made sense. He was a North Carolina Tarheel who got shot my Union artillery on East Cemetery Hill. He was sent to the Farnsworth House to get his wounds fixed. He died from blood loss because he had a huge gash that nearly decapitated him. The Sweeneys, who lived in the house at the time of the war house a nearly decapitated Confederate soldier in their basement.
I was literally drawn to Gettysburg. I heard about it and then got this urge to go. Not only did I go, but I showed up the day before the anniversary of the battle! I had no idea!
At the Farnsworth House, I would hear things that others didn’t unless there was another psychic on the tour.
Oh, I also can see the future. At this horse race with my Mom, we were betting money. We had to put numbers into a hat and, you know. Well, I saw the number 1-10 and was sure it was my number. Then, my Mom says she won at the end of the race, she had 1-10. I then said, "No, I have 1-10." Then looked at mine and it said 1-4. So, I have lots of little things like that happen. TONSS!!!! Then, just the other day, I went to this Christmas party and I got the urge to talk to this old man. I then later figured out that he was a Confederate reenactor. He didn’t have an accent or anything and was from NJ. What are the odds that of 20 Northerners that there was a Confederate reenactor?!
I stopped contacting Mary and the others I had met from meditation because I was afraid that I was going insane. After I met William, Mary’s husband and tried to connect them through different realms, I got scared. I contacted two others that i was in other lives.I have pages of information about them!
I would say you are highly intuitive and yes your psychic abilities are just opening a bit ; just keep on and you would become better at it

Can anyone help with this situation in the state of Georgia?
We were looking at a house with a real estate agent & asked about seeing another property listed with the online MLS website. This agent contacted the listing agent because the listing had expired a couple of days earlier. Listing agent says owner going to renew with him but he hadn’t gotten around to completing paperwork. Saw it for second time and for sale by owner sign was lying outside.
Ultimately decided to make an offer on it and learned the backstory. Turns out the owner had NOT renewed with the listing agent but agreed to a limited listing contract in order to work with our offer. Result was one counter & then firm.
My question is - Are we forever barred from contacting the owner directly? If not, how long do we have to wait to be ok doing so? Is there any liabiity or is it illegal to do so?

kemper - It’s messier than a dual agent. There was a showing agent & a listing agent. Shower called expired lister & showed it based on his say-so based on supposedly buyer’s say-so.
acer - why do I have liabiity for a lien when I’ve not signed any contract…nothing with lister & nothing with shower. there’s no buyer agent contract? and what is the length of buyer’s liabiity, 6mo, 12mo?

you did not volunteer if you ever signed, with any agent an "exclusive buyer’s agency" agreement.
I will guess that you did not.
IT is not legal for a dual agent –an agent with a temporary -limited agreement to negotiate
on behalf of any buyer………he or she may submit offers to the seller but NOT negotiate.
If you do not have an exclusive buyer’s agreement with any agent, find one and
get such an agreement. In most cases, a buyer’s agent can get a buyer a better
deal than can a dual agent who may not negotiate for the buyer.

I moved from El Paso to Georgia on a PCS move and I bought a house in el paso. I have been trying to sell my house through a Realtor but she seems like she doesn’t want to help. I am still paying the mortage and utilities for the home, plus the utilities for the home i am renting. I need to sell the house quick. Can anyone please help? thank u

or, why not rent it out and let the tenant cover at least 1/2 of
